Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese has said his music was so powerful and compelling that it settled the longtime ‘beef’ President Kufuor and President Rawlings had.
Per reports, there was some kind of feud between these two former presidents of Ghana some time back where they never saw eye to eye.
Historians recount how President Rawlings and Kufuor basically disagreed on so many issues and were at loggerheads for a very long time simply as a result of their different political philosophies and other past political misunderstandings.
On the back of that Kwaw Kese has shared a photo where he was performing and got nearer to President Rawlings and President Kufuor and through his music got them to look into each other’s eyes again.
In a tweet, the ‘Dondo’ hitmaker said Ghanaians should move away from the unpopular notion that he is a weed smoker and rather embrace the fact it was through and by his music and performance that had Rawlings and Kufuor settle their ‘beef.’
“The media will be quick to tell you I smoke weed than to let y’all know I brought peace to ex president Kuffour and ex president Rawlings . Music is power,” he wrote.
